When Choosing a Sovereign Circle discount, we recommend that you consider discounts that are flexible throughout your menu of products or services, such as "Buy one entree get the second entree 1/2 off," or "25% off any purchase." By offering Sovereign Circle members some flexibility, you give them more reasons to continue making more frequent purchases, and introducing friends to your company.

NOTE: You may change/update your discount as often as you feel necessary via our online form.

In order to create a win-win situation, your Sovereign Circle discount should be:

Profitable to your business regardless of how frequently it is used.
Enticing enough to sway competitor's customers into your business.
Flexible throughout your products or services.

Each of these locations accepts membership into Sovereign Circle and agrees to provide the above specified discount to Sovereign Circle cardholding members when a membership card is presented.

I understand that I am responsible for training my owners, managers, and employees to recognize Sovereign Circle cards and apply the discount agreed upon (Visual Aid cards will be provided by Sovereign Circle).

As a Sovereign Circle Business Partner, I agree to:

A) Allow Sovereign Circle to use our company name and logo in online and printed advertising and for promotional purposes. 
B) Train our employees and management teams to recognize and be fully prepared to accept Sovereign Circle cards and provide agreed upon discount. 
C) Provide Sovereign Circle with a thirty (30) day notice (via the online form at SovereignCircle.com) prior to changing/ updating your specified promotion, and agree to continue to provide original promotion to Sovereign Circle cardholders until thirty (30) day notice has expired. 
D) Provide Sovereign Circle with a written thirty (30) day notice (via the online form at SovereignCircle.com) prior to cancellation of Sovereign Circle membership, and agree to continue to provide current promotion to Sovereign Circle cardholders until thirty (30) day notice has expired. 
E) Post a Sovereign Circle visual aid card (Provided) in each participating location visible to employees to ensure that they are prepared to accept Sovereign Circle cards and apply specified discount when a card is shown.

I hereby accept membership into Sovereign Circle and as such agree to the above terms and conditions.
